Dr. Kshama is a graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine and surgery and Post-graduate diploma holder in Hospital and Healthcare Management. She is a dynamic and enthusiastic public health professional with 12 years hands on experience in Project Planning and Implementation. She is Chief Executive Officer and responsible for managing mother and child health related programs.

She was associated with Family Planning Association of India in various capacities starting from Medical Officer to Technical Program Manager for 7 years before joining Niramaya Health Foundation.

Ms Dipti Gulve holds Masters of Social Work and has worked for over 6 years in the area of Maternal and Child Health. She loves to work with women and children.

She has worked in the field of Mother and Child Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Prevention and Promotion of health care services. Been a social worker she has expertise in grass root level planning, implementation of the program as well as networking and advocacy with Government machinery.

She is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who believes in great work ethics and teamwork.

Ankita has Completed her masters in Social work from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth (Pune) in Family and Child Welfare in 2015, she has 7 years of work experience in the social sector with expertise in Training programs, specially in Life skill education, Sexual and Reproductive health, Gender sensitization. She has also designed and implemented Adolescents Training program modules for school students.

Ankita’s key skills include program planning and Implementation. She is a certified Master Trainer from UNICEF.

She believes her social work passion that will always encourage her to do meaningful work in the community that will eventually bring about a change in society.
